Here's a picture of Nick fixing our sink. (Notice the Mighiganite hat.)
He puts the "handy" in "roomies."
well........yeah......okay. He puts the "oo" in roomies.
He used a real, live snake to get the junk moving.
He's a snake tamer.
We keep the snakes in my mattress.
Don't tell Dad.

If you and Nick need help - just give me a call. In 1973, while a junior at Penn State, there came much yelling from the dorm bathroom. Arriving on the scene I helped a fellow floormate get an 8 foot "angry" reticulated python out from underneath a sink. Tell Nick to cover the snake with vaseline - it just makes everything much more interesting!

Having a "resident" plumber is a real blessing--We had one at our house, for a few years, but he moved away. Fortunately for us, he is still nice enough to come by and fix things for us (Thanks, Terry!!). I have used a snake many times to unclog toilets at my job, so take good notes Simeon, because knowing how to use a snake can come in mighty handy in the future!
