Peter Pan
The fourth Bowne.
The one who will turn us three to four.
The next wave of cloth diapers.
The second course.
The spoon full of sugar,
the brother.
The companion for us all as we age.
The tip of something even sweeter.
The second boy,
the fourth friend.
No girls allowed.
(Mom is our exception).
The fourth Boston Bean.
The laughter at the dinner table.
The brother in the belly.
The gift of God.
Mom says "The exhaustion. The beauty of a human being in the image of God. The new face (and hopefully more hairy scalp), The redemptive player."
He is now about the size of a head of Chinese cabbage.
