Mom and I went exploring in Portsmouth New Hampshire yesterday and one thing we did was tour the USS Albacore submarine. Here's me at the periscope. We were definitely at periscope depth. Mom said that she felt like she was in the old cheesy war submarine movies she saw as a kid. It was commissioned in 1953 and it could hold 55 passengers.
