we have a recipe for german potato salad.

and we ended up going with Apple Cake, made with little Germans. Hence, "German Apple Cake."

Thanks for the option Cindy. We had thought of that option but we were lazy to peel and also make the dressing (since Wos Wit just ain't in the New England area!).
